At Jaw Code, each product is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. As of now, we do not offer refunds on any purchases made through our website.

No Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • We do not accept refund requests for reasons including but not limited to change of mind, style preference, or incorrect ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and, if verified, provide a suitable resolution (replacement or store assistance), at our sole discretion.

Important Notes

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for any review.

  • Jaw Code reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet our policy conditions.
